If you’re new to the world of renovations and renovation materials, we’re here to help you learn more about one of the most commonly used materials in interiors – laminates. As a decorative surfacing material, laminates are unparalleled in the sheer variety of designs they come in that are inspired by a whole spectrum of natural materials as well as design trends. Laminates can last a long time, provided they have been installed, used and maintained correctly, with factors such as moisture levels and type of substrate affecting the stability of the material over time. Learning more about the composition and properties of the material will aid in the right usage for laminates, and the right use will make sure your laminates remain problem-free for many years!
